On the ground floor are the living room with fireplace, the dining room and the kitchen a total of 100 sq.m. There is also a wine conservator and 1 WC. There is also a furnished veranda of 80 sq.m.

On the 1^st floor there are 4 bedrooms. The Master bedroom is 30 sq.m. and has 1 en-suite bathroom with shower, 1 WC and a dressing room (wardrobe room). The remaining bedrooms on the 1st floor have a large   bathroom with a bathtub and a jacuzzi.
